Im sure most of you have heard about the law of attraction and its so called wisdom ways.. We thought here at WM we would write a little blog about how using this law can help benefit you in the industry.
So what is the law of attraction?
The law of attraction is the name given to the maxim “like attracts like” which in New Thought philosophy is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy. We know it does sound a little strange if you’ve only just come across this law, but from past experiences and from hearing other peoples stories you do start to put this way of thinking throughout your life, even if you don’t believe it works, it great to start training your mind to believe in POSITIVITY
Using this law for webcam modelling
Maybe your reading this thinking, how can I use this for my job… well its easier than you might have thought. Imagine waking up one morning when you feel quite tired and all you want to do is stay in bed and keep hitting your snooze button (Yes we’ve all been there.) Your up, getting dressed and manage to somehow stump your toe on the corner of your bed post whilst making your way to the toilet to brush your teeth and realise you’ve run out of toothpaste! 😡 This will generally put you into a bad mood, which will then subliminally make your mind think negatively – resulting in making your bad morning into a bad day!

Implying this lifestyle mind process while being a webcam model can be very rewarding! We will use two models to explain the theory. Performer 1 Interested in making money fast and will try and take shortcuts to do so, doesn’t really like to make that much effort and will just sit in her chat room, looking a bit bored waiting for a potential customer to take her into private. She just thinks money will be thrown at her and thats it, she doesn’t like making the effort to keep her chat room fun and interesting for the members. Performer 2 Very fun, bubbly personality, she keeps the chat room exciting, although she still wants to make a lot of money, she realised that she will need to be positive in her sessions in order to shine through to each potential customer, she wears a smile and is enthusiastic at to what each member is talking about. I think its fairly obvious to what point I’m trying to make here.
